Pages, surveys, software and stories built to hold up under load.

I’m Anubhab, a backend and AI engineer and published researcher. I build the web things your business needs, and I back the words with real data.

What I can build for you

Five services, one person. You deal with the same engineer, researcher and writer from first call to launch.

Landing pages

A focused page that explains one offer clearly and gives visitors one obvious next step. I write the copy, design the layout and build it in plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so it loads fast and you aren’t locked into a platform. Search metadata, social previews and structured data come included.

Behind it: I designed UI in Figma and built a public API sign-up portal with key management and usage analytics.

Custom surveys

Surveys built around the decision you need to make. I help you phrase questions that don’t lead people, build the form, collect responses, and turn the results into a short report you can act on. Open-ended answers get text analysis, so free-form feedback becomes themes instead of a pile of comments.

Behind it: research on tens of thousands of free-text posts, plus submission forms built for student hackathons.

Custom software

Backends, APIs, automations and AI features built to your specification and deployed properly. If your team repeats a task by hand every week, or you want search, chat or voice on top of your own data, this is where I help.

Behind it: three and a half years of production backend work in Python, FastAPI, Node.js, MongoDB and Redis, on AWS, Azure and GCP.

High-impact blogs

Articles that earn their place: a clear argument, a structure people can skim, and the technical accuracy a developer or buyer expects. Good for launches, thought leadership, and search traffic that converts.

Behind it: I built a pipeline that published 500+ posts across several WordPress sites, assigning categories, tags and featured images automatically.

Data-driven blogs and data stories

Original analysis turned into a story people share. I collect the data, clean it, analyse it, make the charts, and write it up in plain language, with the method and its limits stated openly so readers trust it. Original findings are also what earns links from other sites.

Behind it: a peer-reviewed paper on 44,213 dream reports and a 10,000-post analysis of India’s developer community, both further down this page.

Things I’ve built in industry

Three and a half years at Textify Analytics, a remote AI company, growing from intern to SDE-2.

Traveltalk24

AI trip planning · Apr–Jul 2026

I built the core of an app that helps people plan trips together. Users create a trip from scratch or an email, join a friend’s trip with a six-digit code, or clone a popular itinerary. Over 200 trips were created on the endpoints I wrote.

  • A streaming cost estimator that queries flights, hotels and ground transport at once, capping parallel calls to third-party APIs
  • A chatbot that answers from the trip’s own itinerary, documents and shared bills
  • Document upload with automatic classification, a bill-splitting ledger, and a portal where travel agencies send offers

Analytx charts search

Retrieval and data platform · 2023–2026

I built a search engine that finds the right chart among more than 3 million, from a plain-language query. Behind it sits an automated pipeline that collects, reads and labels the charts, which I redesigned to run asynchronously and halve its cost.

  • Filtered vector search by chart type, category, quality and date, benchmarked across filter combinations
  • Prediction models for news-story performance, deployed with Docker and tracked in MLflow
  • A public API portal with keys, rate limits and analytics, plus a real-time AI voice-calling agent
  • CI/CD pipelines, and migration of production systems from Azure to GCP

Textify app platform

No-code AI app builder · 2022–2026

A platform where people build small AI apps without code, used by more than 20,000 people. I sped up the homepage with caching, rebuilt app execution so one endpoint serves every app, and made answers stream to Pro users word by word, cutting the wait for the first words by an estimated 60%.

  • A builder where creators add their own files and data from 50+ third-party APIs
  • Free and Pro request handling on Redis queues
  • Biweekly college hackathons, run end to end, and app designs made in Figma
  • It began with an intern project: a six-billion-parameter model deployed on AWS to classify complaints

Research that shapes how I analyse

Nokia Bell Labs

Visiting researcher, Social Dynamics group, Cambridge · since July 2023

I work with researchers at Bell Labs on how people talk about their inner lives online. My first project mapped what people dream about and was presented at the IC2S2 conference in Copenhagen. The current one studies how people engage with health discussions on social media.
